iFilm English TV to air ‘Made in Iran’ finale

The final episode of Iranian series ‘Made in Iran’ is slated to be broadcast on iFilm English on Wednesday.

The series, directed by Mohammad-Hossein Latifi and produced by Seyyed-Amir Parvin-Hosseini, is a comedy.

‘Made in Iran’ tells the story of an Iranian scientist who has come up with an invention that could change the world- a white powder that purifies any type of water and converts it into clean fuel.

However a two-bit thief named Gholam steals his briefcase containing the white power and the laptop with the formula for it.

On the run from the cops, he leaves Iran with a forged passport as the scientist. He goes to France and meets up with his childhood buddy. Both of them scheme to sell the invention and make a fortune.

The cast list includes Behnam Tashakkor, Farhad Aslani, Amin Hayaee, Gohar Kheirandish, Elika Abdolrazzaqi, Mohammad-Reza Golzar, and Bahareh Rahnama.

The finale of the series made in 2012, is scheduled to be broadcast on January 12 at 22:00 GMT.

'Made in Iran’ is to be replaced by ‘The Water Fairy’ directed by Marzieh Boroumand.
