Donation-themed image from Iran south province enters Waqf Fest

Iran photographer Hassan Fattahian’s image with a theme on donation has been admitted to the 5th edition of Waqf (religious endowment) Festival in Iran.

As the name of the event suggests works by Iranian photographers related to the concept of endowment are forgrounded in the fest.

Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province has several renowned photographers among whom are Hassan Fattahian.

Waqf or religious endowment is an Islamic concept relating to donation of money or property for a religious, educational, or charitable cause.
