iFilm to broadcast new series ‘3-5-2’

iFilm English Channel has been scheduled to screen the series ‘3-5-2’ as of tonight at 22:00 GMT.

Directed by Hossein Soheilizadeh, the series is the story of a man named Heshmat and his family.

Synopsis to the series reads, “Heshmat owns a small fruit store and lives in an old house with his wife, three children, and brother-in-law, a simple man happy with his simple life. That is until a long-forgotten relative passes away and leaves him a substantial inheritance. Despite his hatred and zero knowledge of football, Heshmat fixes on buying a football team to invest his fortune, adapting his team to the Brazilian national team's 3-5-2 formation which somehow guarantees his success.”

The cast of the series includes Farhad Ayeesh, Ramin Nasser-Nassir, Atila Pesyani, Siavash Kheirabi, Reza Rouygari, Amir-Hossein Rostami, and Shohreh Lorestani.

The series will go on air every night at 22:00 GMT and will be repeated the next day at 04:00, 10:00, and 16:00 GMT.
