Renowned Iranian actor Mohammad Kasebi has been hospitalized a while ago due to heart problems and is still under intensive care.

Renowned Iranian actor Mohammad Kasebi has been hospitalized a while ago due to heart problems and is still under intensive care.

Kasebi, who was hospitalized a few months ago due to coronary artery disease, has recently been admitted to the intensive care unit due to heart and respiratory problems.

Following the news about Kasebi’s hospitalization, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei wished him a speedy recovery and presented his keffiyeh to Kasebi while sending his message to him through his representative.

“Tell Mr. Kasebi that I am praying for him,” Imam Khamenei said in his message.

Some of Kasebi’s fellow actors also paid a visit to him and hoped he gets better soon.

Born in 1951, Mohammad Kasebi began his career with stage acting at the age of 13 years old.

Some of the most notable roles he embarked upon and well-remembered by his iFilm fans include 'Saint Mary', ‘The Spiritualists’, ‘The Occupiers’, ‘3×4’, ‘The Friendly Ghost’ and ‘Little Engineer 1’.

Kasebi has some directing experience in 1987 and 1989 as well.
