‘Solar Eclipse’ to vie at Regensburg filmfest

Iranian short flick ‘Solar Eclipse’ is scheduled to be screened at the 2022 International Short Film Week Regensburg in Germany.

Co-directed by Raha Amir-Fazli and Alireza Qasemi, the short film will be screened at the 28th edition of the event.

‘Solar Eclipse’ is the story of a girl named Saqi and some of her friends.

A synopsis to the short film reads, “Just a short time before the solar eclipse, Saqi’s life goes through changes”.

Khorshid Cheraghipour, Paniz Esmaeeli, Anita Baqeri, Faraz Modiri, and Peyman Naeemi are the actors playing in the short.

The Short Film Week Regensburg was founded in 1994 and takes place since then in an annual cycle.

The 28th edition of the event is scheduled for March 18-27, 2022.
