Iranian theater troupe to perform in Canada, France

An Iranian theater troupe led by director Mehdi Mashhur is to perform “The Door” in Canada and France during July.

The first performance has been scheduled to go on stage at 29th Toronto Fringe Festival in Canada.

The play will be performed in English.

“The Door”, depicts two women who want to emigrate from Iran to Canada.

Iranian theater troupe ‘Sayeh’ will then leave Canada to perform the play at the Festival OFF d’Avignon that is scheduled to be held in the French city from July 7 to 30.
