Explore a strange cemetery in Iran's Blaouchestan

Iranian province of Sistan and Balouchestan has a range of historical and natural sites that mesmerize visitors with unbelievable beauty.

The beaches, castles, mud volcanos, unique palm trees and many more tangible and intangible heritages of the province attract tourists every year.

Some of the province’s attractions are so mysterious that we can categorize them as dark tourist destinations that are associated with grief, death and misery.

Jinn Tis Graveyard in Sistan and Balouchestan is one of these attractions located in 2500-year-old Tis Village.

There are many graves with unusual sizes in Tis Graveyard, making it mysterious and scary.

The exact origin or story behind this cryptic cemetery is unknown to date but local people believe that the graveyard belongs to jinns; and if anybody approaches them at night, they would be cursed.
