Riverside filmfest to show Iran’s ‘Exchange’

The Riverside International Film Festival (RIFF) in the US has been scheduled to screen Iranian short flick ‘Exchange’.

Directed by Barzan Rostami, the flick will compete at the 20th edition of the US event.

‘Exchange’ is about people’s irresponsibility in critical situations that force them to do anything unusual to save their lives.

The Riverside International Film Festival is a non-profit organization. Bringing the best in contemporary international and independent films to the Inland Empire region of Southern California

Annually since 2002, the RIFF has brought the best in contemporary international and independent films to southern California.

The RIFF seeks “diverse and challenging films of social upheaval, human conflict, and the boldness of the human spirit,” according to the official website of the event.

The 2022 edition of the event will be held in the Inland Empire region of Southern California on April 21-25.

Iranian movie ‘The Badger’ won awards in the categories of best audience, best actor, as well as the festival’s president award for its ensemble cast at the 19th edition of the RIFF.
