iFilm English TV to air ‘Light Refreshments’

iFilm’s feature film ‘Light Refreshments’ has been scheduled to be aired on April 30, 2022.

Written and directed by Hadi Moqaddam-Doust, the movie is about how a young couple want to hold their wedding ceremony in a simple, inexpensive and beautiful way; at least Firouzeh – the bride to be – does.

The film revolves around her attempts to convince Omid, her groom-to-be that holding a simple ceremony is the right thing to do.

Omid is caught up in the peer pressure around him but deep down he admires Firouzeh's courage.

The cast list of the movie includes Nafiseh Roshan, Abbas Ghazali, the late Ezzatollah Mehravaran, Farhad Sharifi, Mehrnaz Akbari, and Nasser Shahriyari.

‘Light Refreshments’, made in 2012, is scheduled to go on air at 22:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat the movie the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00 (all GMT times).
