‘Son of Man’ to vie at Ischia filmfest

Iranian movie ‘Son of Man’ is scheduled to vie at the Ischia Global Film & Music Fest in Italy.

Directed by Sepideh Mirhosseini, the film will vie at the official section of this year’s edition of the event.

The international distribution of the social drama is owned by Silver Mountain Productions Company.

Behnam Sharafi, Leila Zare, Majid Potki, Paria Mardanian and Hadi Eftekharzadeh star before the camera at the film.

Other details of the 2021 production is yet to be released.

Launched in 2003, the Ishcia Global Film Festival is a popular summer film event that accepts films from around the world. Each year leaders of the film industry attend the event that takes place on the isle of Ischia near Naples.

The 2022 edition of the event is scheduled to launch on July 10-17.
