The manager of FIVA and his wife traveled to Iran to issue the ID card. FIVA’s manager said, “I was informed that the first car selected for receiving the ID card is Peykan which was produced in 1970. The car was the beginning of Iran’s industrialization and its registration is significant.”
The next car that received the ID card was a BMW renovated in Iran. The BMW Company recognized the job as a professional renovation.
Issuing the ID card makes it possible for the cars to participate in international competitions. These cars are now considered as international cultural heritage.
