Tracce Cinematografiche awards ‘Balance’

The Tracce Cinematografiche Film Fest in Italy has awarded Iranian animation ‘Balance’.

‘Balance’, directed by Barzan Rostami, received the Jury Special Mention at the 11th edition of the Tracce Cinematografiche Film Fest.

The film is about the soldiers who are sacrificing their lives in order that their people and future generations live in peace.

The Tracce Cinematografiche Film Fest is “an international festival of short films up to 16 minutes”, according to an online submission platform.

The 2022 edition of the festival will kick off on June 28 and run until July 3.

Earlier reports said several Iranian films, including ‘Shutter Gun’, ‘Hand and Egg’, ‘The Letters’, ‘Echo’, ‘The Recess’, and ‘Dancing with Rainbow’, were selected to be screened at the Italian event.
