Michael talks America’s imperialistic bullying nature

The finale of iFilm espionage thriller ‘Gando 1’, to be aired tonight at 21:00 GMT, is to show some touching moments between Mohammad and Michael.  

Now that Michael is to be exchanged for a huge amount of cash, Mohammad takes his time to tell him some last words.

Mohammad asks Michael to be a real man and takes a look at the people whom he dragged information and analysis from and handed them over to America’s spy agencies.

“Do you know how many patients weren’t able to get essential medicine and lost their lives because of the information you gave?” Mohammad says to Michael.   

He further adds that, “Do you know how much damage was caused to the jobs, education and livelihoods of the people because of the sanctions that you caused to take shape?”

In response to Mohammad’s request from him for being a real man and telling the truth when he sets foot in America’s soil, Michael says that the US intelligence agencies are way too different than that of Iran’s as “they take whoever they want, accuse them, convict them and then punish them.”

The cast list of the series includes Pendar Akbari, Leila Otadi, Sara Khoueeniha, Payam Dehkordi, Aliram Nouraee, Kambiz Dirbaz, Mohammad-Reza Sharifinia, Farhad Qaemian and Daryoush Farhang.
