Satan to confess in ‘Fall of an Angel’

The 12th episode of ‘Fall of an Angel’ is a testimony on how Satan comes to mislead human beings.

In the next part of the show, to hit the air at 20 GMT, Fatemeh and Sarah’s family have sit together to find out the root to all their problems.

Each of the family members has his/her own thought on the beginning of all the disputes.

When they think they have forgotten and forgiven one another’s faults or their conception of their behavior, Satan confesses that it can have various bodily forms to try to deceive people.

“In each of your houses, there is an empty chair and that is my place, Satan. I can appear as a religious believer like Fatemeh, in the guise of a clever but naïve girl like Sarah, in the shape of an old man or an old woman, even a youth like Nima. You think you found out my disguise, don’t you?”, goes a monologue by Satan in tonight’s episode of ‘Fall of an Angel’.

Co-directed by Hamid Bahramian and Bahram Bahramian, ‘Fall of an Angel’ is a 2011 TV production.  

A brief synopsis for the series reads, “A devoutly religious middle-aged man marries the widow of his long-time friend. They both have daughters the same age, but whereas one of them strives to lead a pious life, the other is more inclined towards worldly temptations. Along comes a mysterious young man with an unknown agenda who manages to tempt one of the young ladies astray, causing heartache and trouble for the family”.

Mehradad Seddiqian, Farrokh Nemati, Masoud Rayegan, Fariba Kosari, Khatereh Asadi, Dariush Kardan, Shabnam Moqaddami late Ali Soleymani and Hoda Zeinolabedin comprise the cast members of ‘Fall of an Angel’.
