‘The Little Girls’ to vie at Lucania filmfest

Iranian short film ‘The Little Girls’ is slated to vie at the Lucania Film Festival in Italy.

Directed by Mohammadreza Misaghi, the film will represent Iran at the Short Fiction Film Section of the 23rd edition of the event.

The 6-minute short was produced in 2021.

The Lucania Film Festival presents the best works of the independent cinema and wants to recognize new film talents.

The sections of the festival include Fiction and Animation; Audio Live Drama; Lucania Filmmakers; 48 teeth Corticomici (comedy); War News (film, reportage, photography and documentary); and Documentary Films.

This year’s edition of the event is scheduled for August 9-13, 2022.
