iFilm TV to bid farewell to ‘Fall of an Angel’

iFilm English TV Channel has set to air the final episode of ‘Fall of an Angel’.

The final episode of the series, produced by Ramin Abbasizadeh and co-directed by Bahram Bahramian and Hamid Bahramian, will be aired on August 1, 2022.

In the series, a devoutly religious middle-aged man marries the widow of his long-time friend.

They both have daughters the same age, but whereas one of them strives to lead a pious life, the other is more inclined towards worldly temptations.

Along comes a mysterious young man with an unknown agenda who manages to tempt one of the young ladies astray, causing heartache and trouble for the family.

Notable in the cast list are Fariba Kosari, Mehrdad Seddiqian, Farrokh Nemati, Masoud Rayegan, Shabnam Moqaddami, Dariush Kardan, Khatereh Asadi, Hoda Zeinolabedin, and Amin Imani.

‘Fall of an Angel’, made in 2011, will be replaced by ‘The Wet Wings’ to hit the air from Tuesday night.
