Trailer for the Iranian film ‘Iran’s Orphanage’ is available on website of iFilm English TV Channel.

The movie, produced by Mohammad-Reza Takhtkeshian and directed by Abolqasem Talebi, is a historical drama.

'Iran’s Orphanage' depicts the heartbreaking events that took place in the early 20th century in Iran when famine, cholera and other crises devastated the country.

Nearly nine million people died as a result of the mismanagement of the crises and also the direct interference of foreign powers.

The movie’s cast list includes the late Daryoush Asadzadeh, Ahou Kheradmand, Jafar Dehqan, Aliram Nouraee, Farrokh Nemati, Saleh Mirza-Aqaee, Iman Safa, Qotbeddin Sadeqi, and Ali Shademan.
