Persian leopard spotted in North Khorasan: VIDEO

A Persian leopard has been caught on camera by park rangers in Salook National Park in North Khorasan, northeastern Iran.

The image was captured while a study on the estimation of leopard population size in the area was undertaken.

Caspian tiger or the Persian leopard is the largest cat in western Asia; however, it faces a high threat of extinction itself.
