Busan Int’l fest to host ‘Life & Life’ from Iran

The 27th Busan International Film Festival in South Korea has added Iranian feature film ‘Life & Life’ to its 2022 official selection.

Ali Qavitan’s latest film ‘Life & Life’ will mark its debut international screening at the Jiseok category of the upcoming edition of the South Korean filmfest.

Following his previous biopic movie 'Dream of Sohrab' about the life story of the leading Persian modern poet and painter, Qavitan has now made a comeback to his cinematic vision with ‘Life & Life’.

‘Life & Life’ tells the story of a teacher who goes on a journey to find three of her students.

This movie somehow narrates the philosophy of people's lives in difficult situations.

Founded in 1996, the Busan International Film Festival is accredited by the International Federation of Film Producers’ Associations (FIAPF).

It is one of the most important film festivals in Korea and Asia.

The 27th Busan International Film Festival will be held from October 5 at the Busan Cinema Center in Busan, South Korea until October 14, 2022.
