‘Amir Kabir’ to come into iFilm English

iFilm English TV has scheduled to air ‘Amir Kabir’ from September 4, 2022.

The series, directed by Saeed Nikhpour, narrates the story of one the most famous figures in Iran’s political history.

It shows the life of a man of Integrity, famous minister of Persia, Amir Kabir who worked under one of the kings of the Qajar dynasty.

The series shows how a man of the people and a true patriot whose revolutionary policies for their time didn’t sit well with pampered court members would fall.

The Shah’s mother and foreign entities that were used to taking advantage of the subservience and complacency of Iran rulers could not bear with his and did what must have been prevented.

Notable among the cast members of the series are Fakhri Khorvash, Parviz Pour-Hosseini, Iraj Rad, Mohammad Motee, Fakhreddin Seddiq-Sharif, Zhaleh Olov, and the director.

‘Amir Kabir’, a 1984 biopic, is set to replace ‘Jaber ibn Hayyan’ to be aired daily at 23:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the next day at 05:00, 11:00 and 17:00. The series is comprised of 13 episodes.
