Syria screens five Iranian films at Iran Cultural Week

Syria is to screen five Iranian films on the occasion of Iran Cultural Week.

A line up of five award-winning Iranian films will be screened at Opera Hall in Damascus, honoring the Iranian Cultural Week in Syria.

‘Henas’, ‘Mediterranean’, ‘The Painting Pool’, ‘A Sugar Cube’ and ‘Angles Come Together’ are the films to be screened at the event starting from October 2.

During the inauguration ceremony, ‘Henas’ will be screened in the presence of the director Hossein Darabi.

Holding specialized meetings, introducing Iran's cultural and artistic achievements, including Iranian carpets, clothes, books, paintings, Nastaliq Calligraphy and handicrafts, as well as Iranian food and cuisine, are among the parts of this cultural week.

The cultural event will wrap up on October 4, 2022.
