‘Mehrabad’ added to iFilm playlist

iFilm English TV has been set to screen a new series titled ‘Mehrabad’  starting from October 11, 2022.

The series, produced by Ali Taqipour and directed by Seyyed-Farid Sajjadi-Hosseini, is a light-mood comedy/melodrama.

It follows the butterfly effect of a single man's actions on various people that he didn't even know of.

Kia comes back to Iran after twelve years of being abroad and his problems begin right there at the airport when he realizes his ex-wife has filed a complaint against him and he cannot leave the country.

Little does he know, he is going to get in an accident that same day in the city that will change his and so many others' lives forever. He tries to get the hang of the situation but in vain!

Instead of taking responsibility for his actions, Kia decides to fix everybody's problems, which he is responsible for, in his own way!

But will he be able to bear this heavy burden on his own? You have to see for yourself.

Behnaz Jafari, Mehran Ahmadi, Ashkan Khatibi, Shaqayeq Dehqan, Pourandokht Mohaymen, Ateneh Faqih-Nasiri, Linda Kiani, Gelareh Abbasi, Behrouz Shoeibi, Houman Seyyedi, Neda Maqsoudi, Bijan Afshar, Elham Korda, and Ali Sarabi make the cast list of the series.

‘Mehrabad’, made in 2012, will be aired daily at 18:00 GMT with three repeats the next day at 00:00, 09:00 and 15:00 (all GMT times).

‘Mehrabad’ is to be the replacement for the series ‘Awakening’.

The series is comprised of 30 episodes.
