All men are like children in iFilm’s comedy ‘Chimney’.

“Are all married couples like this? I mean, I used to think that marriage is all about the flowers on a car and the wedding reception, having fun and getting the gifts and things like that. But when couples mess with each other, you know …” Behrouz asks his older brother, Firouz.

“All men are like children. They are always like children. All of a sudden I feel lonely. All men are like this. And when this feeling grips them, they slip into the married life,” Firouz answers.

‘Chimney’, produced by Zeinab Taqvaei and directed by Mohammad-Hossein Latifi, is a comedy series tinted with love and passion.

Effat and Firouz own a carpet cleaning center, which is also their home. Firouz’s sister is married to Effat’s brother and the two men cannot get along with each other.

Both families are constantly in need of money. Their financial situation gets even worse when officials seal their carpet cleaning center. But the families have to face their problems and manage to find a way out together.

The cast list includes Houman Barqnavard, Behnam Tashakkor, Mohammad-Javad Ezzati, Sima Tirandaz, Elnaz Habibi, Amir-Hossein Rostami, Kianoush Gerami, Lida Abbasi, Negar Abedi, and Mohammad-Reza Shirkhanlou.
