They all need a mother’s prayer in iFilm English TV’s historical series ‘Tabriz in Fog’.

Abbas Mirza and Tabriz are in a very hard situation. The doors are locked and the people are somehow imprisoned in Tabriz.

The Russian army is too close to Iran. It seems now too late for anything and the sound of trouble and war is coming.

“Light a candle and pray for this tired man… We all need a mother’s prayer. The future of Tabriz is critical. The country is falling. What else is there left to do but pray? Pray mother,” Abbas Mirza says.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 05:00, 11:00 and 17:00.

Directed by Mohammad-Reza Varzi, ‘Tabriz in Fog’ takes place in the 19th century, when European imperial powers are immersed in colonial wars of aggression, with Iran caught in the middle.

The French and English, each plot and manipulate to gain control over the king of Iran, while the Russian army mounts an attack against the country.

As the King stumbles along, he seems more interested in the pleasures of life in the palace than the welfare of the country. But in the province of Tabriz, the Crown Prince fights valiantly to keep the Russian invaders at bay.
