Arezou knows about her disease in iFilm’s social drama ‘My Mother’.

“How serious is it? My condition. Is it malignant or benign? I know, Bijan. There is no point in hiding it now … Bijan, nothing’s gonna happen to our baby, right?” Arezou asks her husband.

“Our baby? I can’t care about the baby right now. Don’t even think about that,” Bijan answers.

Written by Amir-Abbas Payam, directed by Javad Afshar and produced by Esmaeel Afifeh, ‘My Mother’ tells the story of a strong woman who has been through the ups and downs of life and managed to survive and thrive.

But an old secret unravels her life and disturbs her peace. She realizes some of her loved ones have gravely wronged her and sets on a path to get back what was taken away.
