Abbas to ask Ziba being their daughter in ‘A House without a Bird’

Abbas is to ask Ziba to pretend being his and Marzieh’s daughter in iFilm’s social drama ‘A House without a Bird’.

When Ziba asks Abbas how she can help Marzieh, he tells her “you can be her lost daughter”.

“Do what? Trick a woman that’s already ill? Pretend that I’m her lost daughter? Is that really what you want from me?” Ziba says.

Produced by Amir-Hossein Sharifi and directed by Kazem Masoumi, ‘A House without a Bird’ tells the story of Abbas and his wife who have been looking for their daughter whom they lost during the war some thirty years ago.

After they publish an advertisement for the missing person in a newspaper, a young woman shows up and claims to be their long-lost daughter.

A DNA test confirms that she is indeed Abbas’s daughter, bringing joy to their lives.

But the new discovery also threatens to reveal a deep dark secret that Abbas has been hiding all these years which could tear their family apart.

Notable on the cast list are Mohammad Hatami, Ronak Younesi, Saeed Nikpour, Ahou Kheradmand, Esmaeel Khalaj, and Jafar Dehqan.
