Fekri Mansion: Exemplar of southern Iran architecture

Fekri Mansion is one of the original architectural representations of the south of Iran, situated on the coast of Bandar Lengeh near the Persian Gulf.

The monument is named after Abdolvahed Fekri who was a merchant of Bandar Lengeh during the Qajar era.

If you stand on the porch of the mansion, you will be able to catch the sea, as it is nearly five meters above ground level.

The five wind towers, which moderate the heat of the south, are a distinctive feature of the Fekri Mansion architecture.  

In addition to ten bathrooms, the mansion has two main corridors and twenty-five rooms.

The mansion was registered on the national heritage list in 1996 and since then has been restored several times.

After exploring the building, you can stroll down the beach along the Persian Gulf and listen to the waves crashing against the shore.
