‘The Savior’ vying at IFFF in India

Iranian short flick ‘The Savior’ has made its way to the International Folklore Film Festival (IFFF) in India.

Reports said ‘The Savior’ is competing at the 6th edition of the IFFF.

Written and directed by Soheila Pourmohammadi, the film tells the story of a girl who has recently witnessed the death of her mother.

The cast members of the film include Mahmoud Taqavi and Setia Asadi.

‘The Savior’ is among nearly two dozen shorts made by Iranian filmmakers that are taking part in the 6th edition of the Indian festival.

The 6th edition of the International Folklore Film Festival kicked off on January 1 and will run until Thursday.
