Ashkan to get fooled twice in ‘No.1, Tehran’

In the upcoming episode of ‘No.1, Tehran’, Ashkan will be fooled by Karam.

Karam, the janitor of the building, holds a grudge over Ashkan as he advocates the presence of the new garbage can that the city hall offers to collect the recyclable rubbish.

To get back at Ashkan, Karam plans him to be hit by some guys, who have animosity towards the old janitor for some reasons.

He then fools the young intellectually disabled man, saying the hitting was a part of job interview and now that he has not resisted the beating and did not hit back, he has not passed the test.

Directed by Mehdi Mazloumi, ‘No. 1, Tehran’ is a 19-epiosode series that come to you every day at 18:00 GMT.

Each episode of the show will be repeated the next day at 00:00, 09:00 and 15:00 (all GMT times).

A brief synopsis for the series reads, “Morad's uncle passes away and all his inheritance goes to his only family member, Morad. After living all his life in a small village, Morad and his family move to an apartment in Tehran, a place hard for him to cope with”.

Arjang Amir-Fazli, Ashkan Khatibi, Mahtaj Nojoumi, Borzou Arjmand, Alireza Khamseh, Daryoush Moaddabian, Ali Aqaee, Nahid Moslemi, Marzieh Sadraee, and Shahrzad Abdolmajid comprise the cast list of the flick.
