Saeed and Mohsen’s ‘Worlds Apart’

Generation gap is to cause clash between Saeed and his father in ‘Worlds Apart’.

Generation gap is to cause clash between Saeed and his father in the second episode of ‘Worlds Apart’.

Saeed’s life expectations and dreams are miles apart from the ones of his dad, as he wants to gain everything one can have without knowing the real cost he needs to pay. The father and son will engage in a discussion as follows in tonight’s part of the series.

“This miserable life? What do you mean by Miserable?...”.

“When instead of feeling happy, you have to think about what you haven’t got from morning to night. That’s a miserable life. When you see people buying cars and houses for their kids and you have to answer to your dad for the chicken fee that you’re giving every day. That’s misery”.

“I want you to know the price of misery. How much do you think Vahid’s private school and your school cost every year? You think money grows on trees? You and Vahid’s minor expenses, mobile bills and other living expenses and pocket money. That’s not cheap you know. So you can talk the talk; but you can’t walk the walk? This life isn’t as easy as you think it is. I wish you could bring one penny to this house and then talk to me about misery”.

Produced by Mohammad-Reza Shafiee and directed by Hossein Soheilizadeh, the show hits the air daily at 19:00 GMT. Each episode of the series will be repeated the next day at 03:00, 08:00 and 14:00 (all GMT times)
