IRIB to award best Palestine-related topics

The 1st edition of the IRIB World Service media festival entitled Sobh Media Festival is set to bestow a special award upon the best Palestine-related topics.

The special award of the IRIB World Service festival will be granted to the best plan, idea, or program that is in line with the support of the Palestinian resistance and the efforts of its people in the fight against the occupation.

Iran Press News Agency quoted Ebrahim Ali Borzi, the secretary of the festival, as saying that, “Palestine and its youth's resistance against the occupation is the standard and the right measure in recognizing adherence to Islamic and humanitarian principles. Anyone who claims to defend human dignity and support Islamic values should be steadfast in defending the oppressed people of Palestine and not hesitate to take any action in this way.”

“The IRIB World Service Festival is also proud to support the ideas of producing various programs in support of the Palestinian people, and will grant its special award to this cause,” Ali Borzi added.

The Sobh Media Festival aims to pave the way for competition between the works and productions of the World Service in four sections of Television, radio, new ideas, and virtual space.
