iFilm English TV to start airing ‘The Occupiers’

iFilm English TV has set to start airing ‘The Occupiers’ from Sunday night.

Directed by Saeed Aqakhani, the series follows the story of Ardeshir who gets involved in a financial crisis.

‘The Occupiers’ starts when Ava and her two children return home from an overseas vacation and find out that her husband Ardeshir has sold their home and has gone missing.

After finding Ardeshir, Ava and her kids have to spend the following days and weeks either stranded outside on the streets or at her mother’s house trying to figure a way out of the financial misfortune they’ve incurred.

Notable among the cast are Hadiseh Tehrani, Sepand Amir-Soleymani, Mohammad Kasbi, Marjaneh Golchin, Sirous Gorjestani, Amir Ghaffarmanesh, Mehran Rajabi, Ali Sadeqi, Saba Kamali, Hamid Lolaee, Ardeshir Kazemi, Behshad Sharifian, and Halimeh Saeedi.

‘The Occupiers’, created in 2010, is scheduled to replace ‘The Grand Prize’, to go on iFilm TV’s screen every day at 19:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the next day at 03:00, 08:00 and 14:00. ‘The Occupiers’ is comprised of 28 episodes.
