Tulip festival underway in Karaj: Photos

Each spring, Chamran Park, one of the top tourist attractions in Iran’s city of Karaj, hosts a tulip festival.

The 10-day tulip festival kicked off on Thursday.

Visitors of the festival enjoy seeing some 200 thousand tulips and seasonal flowers which are planted in the park.

The park attracts numerous visitors throughout the year, especially in spring.
