Chai Chorak is made of flour, water, sugar, milk, egg, oil and sesame.

Worshippers in Zanjan prefer to break their fast with this bread during Ramadan.

During the holy month, Muslims abstain from eating and drinking from sunrise to sunset.

The worshippers break their fast with the evening meal called “iftar”.
