On the heart-rending occasion of Arbaeen, iFilm English website devotes moments of humble prayers to God.

To commemorate the 40th day following the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS) and his faithful companions, we have offered our heartfelt condolences to the entire Muslims around the world and the fervent followers of the third Shia Imam.

The words into the prayer recited in this clip read as, “My father is Ali (AS) and my grandfather is the seal of the prophets. Woe to my soul, who’s without mercy of others. Isn’t he a blatant example in the book of God? How can I blame others when I’m more deserving of advice? Why not spending arbitrations and fairness on my right? We and everyone in this world are like travelers but God’s forgiveness is greater than anyone else. Exalted is God, the creator of all human beings”.
