Forgiveness to save life in ‘Unannounced’: iFilm cut

In the final episode of the Iranian action series ‘Unannounced’, forgiveness will actually give the chance of living.

When Amirali was shot to death, no one could ever imagine that his heart will be needed to save the life of one of those who assaulted him, an enemy of the people.

The young hero is brain dead and his final heroic action will be to save a life; yet, this tough and impossible decision is to be made by Amirali’s wife.

Produced and directed by Bahador Asadi, ‘Unannounced’ tells the story of a criminal who has decided to repent for his past sins.

Aslan, who’s recently been released from prison, is adamant that he has changed. But his actions prove otherwise.

Notable on the cast list are Rambod Shekarabi, Roya Mirelmi, Rahim Norouzi, Behrang Alavi, the late Ali Ansarian, Nasim Adabi, and Maryam Momen.

The last offering of ‘Unannounced’, made in 2020, will air on September 13 at 23:00 GMT.
