Stranger to come to rescue in ‘No Pain, No Gain’: iFilm cut

A new acquaintance is to bring fresh hope to Assad in the 4th episode of iFilm English TV Channel’s drama series ‘No Pain, No Gain’.

Assad did not conduct an honest life up until the time he lost his father to a heart attack. The traumatic event of losing his dear father hit him so hard that he took himself responsible for his death and what will follow will be a dramatic change in his manners.

The first thing that is expected of him is to compensate for all his misconducts and the damages he inflicted on others. Of course to do so, he will need good money.

Desperate to make that sum, he meets a new wealthy person, who claims to have been a friend of his father’s. Will the new acquaintance provide him with what he needs? What will be the cost of asking a total stranger for help?

Alireza Bazr-Afshan’s series is the story of Assad who has been trying to make money but his efforts have been futile.

Right at the time when Assad is getting used to be a loser, he finds a notebook that contains stories about his father’s past. Following the stories, he finds about a hidden treasure and it seems that eventually, luck is knocking on his door.

Sorayya Qasemi, Mina Jafarzadeh, Siavash Tahmoures, Sahar Dolatshahi, Sam Derakhshani, Shahram Abdoli, Kambiz Dirbaz, Afshin Sangchap, Ali Osivand, and Milad Keymaram comprise the cast list of the flick.

The series broadcasts every evening at 21:00 GMT. Each episode of the show will also be repeated three times the next day after its original screening at 02:00, 06:00 and 13:00.
