Asking for permission to love in ‘A Mother’s Sacrifices’

Khalil is to visit Imam Reza (AS)’s holy Shrine to make sure of his new-found feelings in the 17th episode of iFilm English TV’s ‘A Mother's Sacrifices’.

Since his divorce, Khalil has devoted his life to his one and only son, Ashkan. He could never expect himself to fall in love again, until he met Rokhsareh, a real lady that also devoted her life to her daughter.

The new emotions are so far-fetched for the caring father that he finds himself in Imam Reza (AS)’s holy shrine to think and make sure.

‘A Mother's Sacrifices’, produced by Zeinab Taqvaee and directed by Behrang Tofiqi, tells a story about the true meaning of forgiveness.

Ateneh abandoned her infant and left him to be raised by his father, Khalil. But, as tragedy hits their family, everything changes.

When she shows up after twenty years and does anything she can to be forgiven, Khalil just can’t find it in his heart to do it.
