iFilm's movie lineup for upcoming weekend: part 18

Catch the latest updates on iFilm TV Channels' weekend movies and plan your TV time based on your language of choice.

The weekend varies through the sister channels of iFilm English, Arabic, Farsi and iFilm2. Therefore, the end of week falls on Thursday on iFilm2 and iFilm Farsi, Friday and Saturday on iFilm Arabic, and Saturday on iFilm English.

Check the movie titles and their air time based on the language and channel you prefer.

iFilm English:

iFilm English TV will air ‘A Bad Friend’ on Saturday January 13 at 22:00 GMT.

After a long time abroad, Habib returns to visit his old-time friend in Iran. His friend, Aziz, struggles with emotional issues and has not talked with anyone in years. Habib keeps reminding him of shared memories to help Aziz remember his past. He talks about a heist that they pulled off together and the money that changed their life.

iFilm2:

Last Thursday iFilm 2 had promised you to televise a hilarious comedy movie titled ‘Extremists’, however, the channel took the movie off air due to the terrorist bombing in Iranian city of Kerman that resulted in the martyrdom of a great number of civilians.

On Thursday January 11 at 16:30 GMT, the channel fans can watch the movie which is about some cellmates and their lives after being released from the prison.

iFilm Farsi:

Tune in to iFilm Farsi on Thursday January 11 at 17:30 GMT to watch ‘A Ray of Sunlight’.

The villagers are severely harassed by Khan. He is the ruler over all their property. Khan's son, Teimour, is in love with Alijan's daughter Sargol, who is engaged to marry his cousin Owjan. The love triangle will cause great deal of turmoil and many innocent people will lose their lives.

iFilm Arabic:

Tune in to iFilm Arabic this weekend to watch a hilarious fantastical comedy titled ‘A Lovely Holiday’. The film will come to you on Friday January 12 at 19:00 GMT.

Nima and Nooshin, two kids with great imagination find themselves in the world of the stories during the trip their uncle has taken them on.

The channel is also set to televise ‘End of the Road’ in Arabic on Saturday January 13 at 19:00 GMT.

In the movie, as the man's condition worsens, his children go to the north of the country to see him. Babak and Sohrab initially refuse to go because of life problems and work issues. Eventually, together with Homa, they hit the road. A journey that starts with everyone’s dismay, turns into a trip of their lives.
