iFilm English TV to broadcast ‘Lean on the Wind’

iFilm English TV Channel’s ‘Lean on the Wind’ has been scheduled to go on air from Tuesday.

Airing of the series, produced by Hamid-Reza Mahdavi and directed by Mahmoud Moazzami, will start on June 11, 2024.

In the series, Atefeh is going to fill her father's shoes and become a lawyer. She comes across an older businessman who offers her a job and even arranges her accommodation, so she can leave the university dorm and start working for him.

Atefeh desperately wants whatever life has to offer and is ready to do what it takes. Then she starts telling lies and gets more secretive to keep her family in the dark about it all.

The cast list of the series includes Hadiseh Tehrani, Ashkan Khatibi, Behzad Khodaveisi, Shahram Abdoli, Gelareh Abbasi, Sharareh Dolatabadi, Faramarz Qaribian, Mehdi Fakhimzadeh, Mohammad Omrani, Felor Nazari, and Afsaneh Pakrou.

‘Lean on the Wind’, made in 2012, will replace ‘Innocence Lost’, to be aired at 18:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 00:00, 09:00 and 15:00. The series comes in 26 episodes.
