The public relations office of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance recently announced the creation of a documentary film to commemorate Ayatollah Raeisi's martyrdom.
Additional documentaries are also reportedly in production.
The Documentary and Experimental Film Center, in collaboration with some renowned documentary filmmakers, is spearheading the production of the three documentaries.
The first documentary focuses on the final hours of Raeisi's life, and another, a portrait documentary, is being prepared for participation in the 18th Cinema Verite Film Festival.
The production of the third documentary, highlighting the services and the three-year presidency of martyr Raeisi, was among the initial artistic endeavors started following his martyrdom.
Ayatollah Ebrahim Raeisi, along with Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian and their entourage, were martyred in a helicopter crash in East Azarbaijan Province on May 19.
