Iran, Russia to coproduce ‘Diamond of the Persian Heart’

The contract for the joint Iran-Russia film ‘Diamond of the Persian Heart’ has been finalized, marking a significant step in cinematic collaboration between the two countries.  

The agreement was signed during a film production entrepreneurship committee meeting held in Moscow.

The meeting featured Iranian producer Seyyed Saber Emami and Russian producer Georgy Zhitkov, who confirmed the completion of the deal for the movie, which will be directed by Saeed Keshavarz.

The family comedy film will feature joint investment from both nations, with the cast and crew selected from Iran and Russia.

The project is backed by Iran's Andisheh Shahid Avini Cultural and Artistic Institute and Russia's Kliva Film Company.
