In a significant move, more than 100 BBC employees have joined together to express their concerns in a letter over the broadcaster's bias in Gaza.
The letter, addressed to Tim Davie, the broadcaster's Director General, criticized the BBC for not delivering “consistently fair and accurate evidence-based journalism” in its coverage of events in Gaza.
The employees said, "Israel must be held to account for its actions" and that failing to do so dehumanizes Palestinians."
The signatories called on the BBC to implement editorial commitments, including “reiterating that Israel does not give external journalists access to Gaza."
The letter also highlights a growing unease among staff regarding the network's approach to this sensitive issue.
This comes as Israel has been carrying out bloody acts of terror and aggression across Lebanon after the occupying regime unleashed its genocidal war on the Gaza Strip.
