Box Office Achievements

According to reports, cinemas hosted 3,707 screenings, generating a staggering revenue of 11.15 trillion rials ($157 million). The numbers mark a 12% increase from the previous record of 282,000 attendees on November 14, 2023.

The surge in attendance can be attributed to the immense popularity of three current comedies, led by the release of ‘7030’, which seems poised to fuel further records in the coming weeks.

Temporary Closure

Cinemas will close from Wednesday evening, December 4, for Fatimiyya observances, resuming operations on Friday morning.
