Noornegar photo festival announces dates

The fourth edition of Noornegar photo festival, titled ‘My Iran’ announces program in two main sections.

The contestants in the festival may apply to compete in either of the two major sections of ‘main’ and ‘special’.

The main sector welcomes any topic and genre, such as portrait, nature, landscape, aerial, archeology, architecture, ethnography, documentary and street, among others. Photos need to have been taken inside Iran.

To encourage domestic photographers, the special section will host photos of historical monuments in Iran, whether the outdoor or indoor views.

Each artist may submit up to 4 photographs in the main and up to 4 in the special sections.

The submission deadline is October, 27, 2017. The festival will be held in November or December, 2017.
