Fajr contender ‘North by Southwest’ reveals 1st photo

The first photo showing Mostafa Zamani and Amir Aqaee's makeup for the highly anticipated Fajr festival contender ‘North by Southwest’ has been released. 

Directed by Hamed Zargarnejad, the film is a collaborative production between the Cinema of the Revolution, the Sacred Defense Association, and the Ravayat-e Fath Cultural Foundation.

The movie has been officially submitted for participation in the 43rd Fajr International Film Festival (FIFF).   

‘North by Southwest’ delves into an important era in Iran's contemporary political history, offering audiences a dramatic retelling of significant events.

The screenplay is co-written by Hamid Zargarnejad, Mohammad Hosseini, and Mohammad-Javad Eslami, with Mehdi Madadkar serving as producer. 

The film features an impressive cast, including Mostafa Zamani, Behnaz Jafari, Houman Haji-Abdollahi, Ali Dehkordi, and Amir Aqaee.
