First vice president visits 2017 rural Iran expo

Iran's First Vice President visits the second Exhibition of Villagers and Nomad Capabilities in the Tehran International Permanent Fairground.

Eshagh Jahangiri paid a visit to the exhibit which focuses on highlighting the capacities of Iran village residents. 

The 2017 edition of event was inaugurated on January 5 with the motto “Villagers, Center of Production and Value Making in Resistance Economy.”

The exhibition also strives to present glamour of Iran rural areas in terms of tourism.

The show is held in an area encompassing 14 square kilometers with 598 local partakers in the event. 

During its 4 day run, the latest achievements, products and services of Iran village residents in various fields of agriculture, crafts and the food industry will be on show.
