Iranian film ‘Season of Narges’ has vied at the International Urban Film Festival with the film crew inviting fans to join an organ donation campaign.
Directed by Negar Azarbaijani and produced by Sahar Sabbaghseresht, the film has been screened at the sixth edition of the International Urban Film Festival.
‘Season of Narges’ was produced in 2015 and premiered at the 35th Fajr Film Festival.
The picture portrays a promising story from the southern and northern parts of Iranian capital, Tehran.
Several prominent Iranian thespians star in the movie, including Yekta Naser, Rima Raminfar, Amir Aghaei, Pejman Bazeghi, Mohammadreza Hedayati and Gohar Kheirandish.
The International Urban Film Festival’s main focus is on the significance of city and urbanism in human life. The event also seeks to promote empathy and moral values in cinematic works and offers a platform for exchange of ideas and experiences among the cities of the world.
Currently underway, the 6th edition of the International Urban Film Festival is held from July 31 to August 5, 2017, in the Iranian capital city of Tehran.
