Fajr Music Festival to start soon

The 41st Fajr Music Festival is set to begin in Tehran soon.

According to a report from the festival's press office, this year's festival will run from February 9 to February 15.

The artistic director is Arash Amini, with national and international musicians and music groups performing in the event.

The finalists of the festival will perform in 12 different concert halls across the Iranian capital.

The festival has six main sections that include Iranian Music, Choral Groups, Performances by Children and Teenagers, Fusion and Pop Music, Classical Music and Iranian Ethnic and Regional Music.

Since its establishment, many musicians from several countries like Austria, Germany, France participated in the event. The festival have enjoyed a strong presence of Asian countries as well.
