Popular series 'Prophet Joseph' signs off on iFilm

iFilm is set to air the last episode of the beloved series 'Prophet Joseph' on Wednesday.

The series depicts the life of Prophet Joseph who is dear to Jews, Christians and Muslims alike. For centuries the story of his life has been told over and over in many different ways and in many different languages. The series is the Iranian version of a very beloved story.

Farajollah Salahshour's series features a strong ensemble of actors, including Mostafa Zamani (as Prophet Joseph), Mahmoud Pakniyyat, Katayoun Riahi, Jafar Dehqan, Elham Hamidi, Abbas Amiri-Moqaddam, Jahanbakhsh Soltani, Rahim Norouzi, Parvaneh Masoumi, Leila Boloukat, and Mahvash Sabrkon.

'Prophet Joseph' has been aired in over 60 countries and dubbed into multiple languages, including English, Arabic, Urdu, and Turkish.

It is regarded as one of the most watched Iranian TV series worldwide.
